The Teacher
Jenn is a 500 hour experienced certified yoga teacher (E-RYT500), retreat leader and teacher trainer with a true passion for the beautiful art of yoga. Her inspiring vinyasa flow classes take students on a creative journey through the practice, linking classical asanas with creative transitions and uplifting music, yoga philosophy, poetry and music, delivered with humour and a sense of playfulness. Her gentle, restorative evening classes combine relaxing postures with the healing touch of Thai yoga massage, always set to a beautiful soundtrack.
Jenn has been teaching yoga internationally for the past 7 years. following the completion of two intensive yoga trainings, she has taught extensively in goa, bali, Morocco, UK, Croatia, Spain, Thailand, Mexico, Ibiza and Greece leading yoga and meditation practices and hosting her own sell out retreats and teacher trainings. She is currently based in California.

I was so impressed with the different ways Jenn used flow & warm up (by different I mean compared to other classes I’ve attended). I’ve had multiple back injuries and I work as a physiotherapist, so I suppose I have slightly better body awareness and anatomical knowledge than your average man on the street. I really appreciated the structure of the classes, it's beneficial to anyone, including people who are recovering or have suffered injuries. Jenn's classes were so much fun and all of this just combined into a very happy relaxed feeling
