This experience of a lifetime begins when we are met at Belize International Airport and whisked away to our own private island via a 15 minute scenic flight. From the moment we land in Belize, everything is taken care of for us - all transfers, meals, drinks and gratuities. All that is left to do is slip off your shoes and walk along the deck over clear turquoise water to your luxury over-water bungalow, order a cocktail (yep that's included too) and watch the brilliant sunset before joining together for a chef-prepared 3 course dinner to set the vibe before we begin our yoga sessions the following day. This really is true luxury.

On each of our retreats, we take one half day off to explore. Our suggested excursion for Belize is the Island Crawl Boat Trip:
Take a floating bar from caye to caye. Travel to Tobacco Caye, South Water Caye, Twin Caye and Bird Caye. Seasonally, stop by the Smithsonian research facility at Carrie Bowe Caye. Learn about the history and culture of the Cayes in Belize. The bartender on board will provide a signature cocktail to represent each island. Hang at the bar and enjoy the vibe of each island

Your Retreat Leader
Jenn Russell is an experienced 500 hour certified yoga teacher, teacher trainer and retreat leader with a true passion for all things yoga. Her inspiring vinyasa flow classes take students on a creative journey through their practice, linking asanas with creative transitions and uplifting music, delivered with humor and a sense of playfulness. To compliment our morning dynamic practices, Jenn offers restorative, yin inspired sessions each evening, supported by the healing touch of Thai yoga massage and always set to a beautiful soundtrack.
Following the completion of two intensive yoga trainings, Jenn has spent the past fifteen years travelling the world leading more than 130 sold-out yoga retreats with her company SoulTribe Retreats. In 2020 Jenn founded her online yoga school SoulTribe Academy and a yoga app SoulTribe TV to bring her teachings to hundreds of students during COVID. Throughout all of these offerings, Jenn encourages her students to have fun exploring their infinite capabilities!

Overwater Bungalows offer an unforgettable way to experience island life. Perched on stilts above the turquoise Caribbean, you can step right out to your deck for sweeping 180° ocean views.
Sway in your hammock in the sea breeze and let the sound of the waves be your backdrop.
Each bungalow features an ensuite bathroom and your choice of a king bed or two twin beds, making them perfect for friends, couples, or anyone wanting the magic of staying directly over the water. All bungalows have air conditioning, though the refreshing trade winds often do the trick.
