As always there is an option for residential accommodation onsite at our beautiful retreat venue Emerson College, just 10 minutes from Gatwick. Otherwise if you're local, come on a workshop only package.

Emerson College
Our brand new Sussex retreat centre is Emerson College, nestled in Forest Row, just 10 minutes drove from Gatwick airport and strain station. Set within 22 acres of botanical gardens, the campus features tranquil ponds, lush lawns, vibrant flower beds, an apple orchard, and a woodland area. The grounds also boast over 100 medicinal plants and numerous rare trees, creating a peaceful environment conducive to relaxation and reflection. Founded in 1962, Emerson College serves as a hub for courses in arts, movement, spirituality, and sustainable living, fostering a community dedicated to personal and collective growth

Our yoga space at Emerson has sold wood floor and beautiful views. Three 'farm to table' meal and refreshments are provided.

Jenn Russell
Jenn Russell is a 500 hour advanced certified yoga teacher, teacher trainer and Thai yoga massage therapist with a true passion for yoga. Her inspiring vinyasa flow classes take students on a creative journey through their practice, linking traditional asanas with creative transitions and uplifting music, delivered with humour and a sense of playfulness. Her gentle, restorative evening classes combine relaxing postures with the healing touch of Thai yoga massage, set to beautiful soundtracks.
Following the completion of two intensive yoga trainings, Jenn has spent the past 15 years travelling the world teaching with her company SoulTribe Retreats.
In 2020, Jenn created SoulTribe TV, an online yoga platform that now houses more than 600 yoga flows and several 28-day courses. To date, more than 70,000 classes have been taken on the platform.
Throughout all of these offerings, Jenn encourages students to have fun exploring their infinite capabilities … after all, what your body is allowing you to do is truly amazing!
