Deep Shoulder Strengthening and Stretching
Hello yogis! Today I'd like to share with you the exact shoulder sequence I'm using to recover from a shoulder injury and get my range of motion and strength back. I am now press hand-standing again and I attribute a lot of it down to this sequence! For the strength work you can use a long towel, strong scarf or belt but if you really want to up the ante get yourself a portable TRX - it's a game changer!
