Yogis, we are beyond excited to announce our next 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training; a three month deep dive into the practice of yoga, and the perfect combination of live online learning and hands-on soul feeding weekends in sunny San Diego. This is a part-time course designed to fit into your busy life with weekend sessions in person at the studio and Thursday evening online classroom sessions from the comfort of your own home.

Our Teacher Trainings are thoughtfully and lovingly curated to ignite your passion for yoga. You'll deepen your own practice whilst developing the skills, knowledge and techniques needed to become a creative and dynamic teacher. Over three soul-feeding months, we'll support you every step of the way as you learn how to harness the practices of yoga to guide others in living their best lives!

As the world continues to emerge from lockdowns and restrictions, we understand that for many of our students, circumstances have changed. We have designed this course to be accessible for all; part time learning that will fit around your work and family commitments.

Our hybrid training comprises eleven weekends at Spirit Yoga Studios in Pacific Beach, twelve online sessions (one evening per week), 3 months unlimited access to Spirit Yoga and 6 months unlimited access to SoulTribe's online platform, culminating in a beautiful graduation ceremony on the beach where you'll leave a fully qualified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance

Over three months we'll deep dive into the practice and learn yoga from the inside out. You'll practice asana, breathing techniques and meditation. You'll learn the rich history of yoga and it's philosophy. We'll study the body, the mind and the soul to prepare you to take the practice out into the world and make a difference in the lives of others. Now how inspiring is that!
