In this full day workshop you'll learn how to help your students unlock their true potential through the asana practice. You'll learn how to intelligently break down key postures and sequence creative classes that build intelligently.

With a strong focus on 'levelling', you'll learn how to teach open-level classes where postures are accessible for all students regardless of their experience, age, fitness level, physical needs and background.

09.00 - 10.30. Peak posture led class, pranayama and guided meditation
11.00 - 12.00. Sequence breakdown and methodology
12.00 - 13.00 Big veggie buffet lunch
13.00 - 16.00 Sequencing workshop, sequencing skeleton and student sequence creation
16.00 - 16.30. Tea and snack break
16.30 - 17.30 Student sequences & feedback in small groups
